Postage & Packaging is charged at £2.50 for orders of value up to £20 and is free for orders over £20.
Please note that our minimum order value is £5.

Goods are dispatched by second class mail, delivery expected by this method is 3-5 WORKING days.

Realistically delivery may therefore be extended to 10-12 days, all efforts will be made to keep delivery times to a minimum.

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order: you can notify us by email to info@carshalton-craft.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the product packaging has been opened and the item has been used and where the products are magazines or newspapers
